Heather McFerron is a Client Service Specialist. In her role, she works closely with Mike Perros to support daily operations and enhance the client experience. 

Heather's pursuit for developing skills and knowledge has led her to join Encompass Financial. Her experience has primarily been in office management and bookkeeping. Her role is focused on maintaining organization, efficiency, and further developing strong client relationships. 

Heather is a family-centered woman and proud mother. Her greatest motivation is providing a life filled with security, love, and opportunity for her daughter.
